Meet the Owner & Lead Artist
Chavis Fore is a self-taught artist who discovered a passion for drawing at a very young age. Inspired early on by comics, cars, and graffiti art, he spent his summers along the Outer Banks in Hatteras, North Carolina, where his love of surfing sparked a passion for travel and exploration, and continues to influence his artwork today.
In 2014, Chavis and his wife moved to San Clemente, California to pursue his dream of painting full-time. Since then, his work has been showcased across multiple venues, including his well-known car art and large-scale pieces featured in commercial spaces throughout Southern California. Chavis is recognized as an interdisciplinary artist, known for his modern realism, lifelike portraits, and landscapes, with pieces held in a variety of private collections.
Over time, Chavis’s passion for art naturally grew into a love for sharing it with others, leading to the launch of Creation Station. What began as a personal creative journey has grown into a space where kids are encouraged to get a little messy, be creative, and let their imagination run wild. He truly loves working with young artists—bringing energy, encouragement, and genuine excitement to every session, and helping each child feel proud of what they create.
When he’s not in the studio, you can find Chavis surfing, mountain biking, and enjoying the many trails around town. He also loves cheering on his daughter at her sporting events and making the most of time outdoors with family.
“At Creation Station, my mission is to create a fun, inspiring space where kids can explore their creativity, get messy, and make something they’re proud of.”
